Q: What does VOIP stand for?
A: VOIP: voice over Internet protocol.

Q: What are the household requirements to use VOIP?
A: You must have broadband Internet service and a router to connect.

A: Lower your phone rates by bypassing your local carrier and utilizing your existing broadband line. It also allows you to have many more features without any extra cost.

FAQ's on Water Machines:


Q: What temperature and humidity do I have to have for the water machines to work?
A: These machines will work with humidity as low as 20%. Most places in the world have at least that amount of humidity. Although production will be lower when humidity is reduced, the machines will still work. You can also put a "humidifier" in front of the machine to boost your humidity, thereby boosting water production.

Q: How often do I need to change the filters and is it hard to do?
A: The filters will need to be changed anywhere from 6-12 months after you purchase the machine and then once per year thereafter, depending on how much dirt and sediment is in your air. The filter Pack is very simple to change and is a simple install for anyone. One thing you can do for the air filter is to clean it about once per month.

Q: Will any of these units work in an RV?
A; Yes! The GV11 is a great machine for that. It is approx 18"x18" and stands about 4 feet tall. You will want to make sure you place it where it can be strapped or braced up in case of a sudden stop. Then just plug it and it will make water!

Q: I have heard that the water tests show that this water is PH 7.8 to 8.5 is this true?
A; Yes! The water comes out of the machines naturally PH balanced at 7.8 to 8.5 PH

Q: Why is the picture of the Pow-R-Save not like the one I received?
A: We have used a picture of one of the basic Power Save Units. As each country has different regulations, and power specifications, we have different units for each country to meet those needs. We also have several different types of units depending on what your needs are, this based as well, on where you live, will depend on what until you get.

Q: Are these hard to use?
A: No! On the single phase units (used in most homes) you simply plug them in, turn them on and leave them!

Q: How do I use MANDI live?
A: You simply tell MANDI you wish to speak to mandi live and she will connect you to a live operator that will do MANY tasks for you, including but not limited to booking reservations, looking up information, giving directions and much much more!

Q: Is there a separate charge for using MANDI live?
A: yes, there is a very small charge for using mandi live, however, very well worth it and much less expensive than hiring a personal assistant.
